Strasburger's Barber Shop is a family owned Business founded in 1969 by Michael's Brother John Strasburger. Michael joined the business in 1984 after attending Harrisburg Barber School. After acquiring his managers licence in 
1986, Michael took over management of the business. John left to pursue other interest, yet today is still a successful barber. Michael purchased the building in 1992 and made it his home and business. It was in 2010 that the shop was blessed with his wife Naomi. It was because of Naomi that the shop has been brought to a new level.
Naomi's decision to leave her career at Specialist Haircutters with Salvatore Russo of Hamlin, Pa. was a well thought out decision. Her experience stemmed from Empire Beauty School, to had been personally trained by Salvatore Russo. Many years of apprenticing under Sal, whom had worked with Clairol, Vidal Sassoon, Kenneth of NY and cover work for Seventeen Magazine, Naomi acquired the experience needed to join our family business, bringing new trends and flair.
